nice daythe sky let out in a brief passionate burst of shouting, as if finally releasing years of stress and anxiety. though i did not hear it, i felt it pour down on my shoulders. people flopped around covering their heads with their open hands, looking for a ledge to cower under, where they could slide along the wall as if trying not to fall off a building, hoping for an open window to climb in.nice day
i stood for a moment in amazement. not at the wonders of nature, but of man and its infinite idiocy. i strolled the long way around the building back inside to where i work, soaking wet and content with myself.
